Founded in 2015 and serving clients since 2016, JFS at Home was created to address the growing needs of seniors and families in the region. The organization builds upon the longstanding legacy of Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services (JFS), a community cornerstone that has provided comprehensive programs with care and compassion, for anyone who needs help in South Palm Beach County since 1979.
Over the past decade, JFS at Home has become a leader in concierge home care, offering a comprehensive range of services including companionship, respite care, memory care and skilled nursing. These services are designed to help clients age-in-place while maintaining dignity, independence and strong community connections. "Celebrating 10 years is not just a milestone – it’s a testament to the trust families have placed in us and the dedication of our caregivers,” said Marissa Gordon, MPA, CEO/Administrator, for JFS at Home. “Our mission has always been to provide concierge home care to aging clients, enabling them to maintain their quality of life with safety and dignity in the comfort of their own home. Our services focus on preserving autonomy, supporting community connection and providing compassionate care for a happier, healthier life.”
Since its inception, JFS at Home has served more than 1,200 clients and built a highly experienced care team, with many caregivers remaining with the organization for five years or more – an indicator of both quality and continuity of care.
The organization’s approach emphasizes personalized care planning, beginning with a comprehensive assessment by a registered nurse and followed by carefully matching each client with a caregiver to meet their unique needs. Services are available from occasional companionship to 24/7 care, supporting individuals recovering from illness, managing chronic conditions or navigating memory-related challenges.
