Medication Reminders

Many adults are currently taking at least one medication while nearly one-third of older adults take more than four prescription medications at the same time. There are a growing number of adults, approximately four out of five, who will need reminders on taking their medications. Remembering to take medications on time is a big challenge, especially for the elderly. JFS at Home, LLC has trained HHA’s/CNA’s on reminding clients when to take their medications, help read labels, open medication containers, place meds on the table, get juice/water, and replace any unused medications that’s not taken or needed.
